What I Can Do for Your Pet

Full Groom

Our Grooming services allow you to insure your pet is well taken care of, even when you’re not around. Trust Top Knot salon with all of your grooming needs and relax knowing your pet is in the best possible hands. As professional pet stylists we are educated in all common pet breeds as well as many specialty breeds.

Trim and tidy

Not in need of a full groom? A trim and tidy might be just what you are looking for! A trim and tidy is a “feet, face, privates” trim.
For breeds that require regular grooming this “in-between groom” will keep your pup in good condition all while leaving the length of the coat. This option is also great for breeds that do not need full haircuts but still need some tidying up.

Have a stinky or dirty pup that is in need of a s-paw day? Top Knot grooming uses top of the line grooming shampoos and products to have your pal feeling, smelling, and looking great! Freshen up your fur baby without dealing with the mess at home.

Teeth brushing

Struggle to keep up with your pets dental hygiene? Our groomers can help with that! Stop in any time during business hours for a walk in teeth brushing. While teeth brushing does not fix any dental issues, routine cleaning will help prevent future damage and help keep plaque build up at bay.

Tear free Facial

Tear free facials are a great way to pamper your pet and add to their luxury spa day. The purpose of tear free facials are to enable a deeper clean to your pups head and face and have them smelling fresh! This service will also help with tear stains.

Nail trims and nail grinds

Nail length can be a large variable in your dog’s structure and mobility. When nails are too long it alters the way your pet walks and can create long term damage from an improper gait. Examples of long term effects include arthritis, deformed paw structure, injured tendons, etc. In order to prevent this, routine nail trims should occur regularly. What is a nail grind? After a nail trim the nail is left sharp on the edges from the straight cut of the nail trimmers. A nail grind rounds out, and smoothes these sharp edges, and is able to get the nails shorter than possible with just a regular trim. We ALWAYS recommend a nail grind. It is of course painless and only takes a few more minutes than a regular trim.

Deshedding

When done consistently, a deshedding treatment can cut down up to 80% of shedding! This process takes extra care, and patience to give you the best results. If you have a pet that is constantly shedding and leaving hair tumbleweeds all over the place, then this is the service for you! This service is most popular with our clients of double coated breeds. Remember, the more frequent you have this service done, the better your results will be. Consistency is key with this one!

Whitening shampoo

This is a great service for those white coat pups that like to have fun and get dirty! Have you’re pup looking fresh and brand new with their shiny white coat restored.

Medicated bath

This service is perfect for our sensitive and itchy skin clients. Our soothing medicated bathes will calm irritation, and get your pup back on the road of recovery with healthy skin, and coat.

Anal glands

This service is also offered as a walk in service. If you notice you're pup itching, scooting, bothered by, or smelling extra stinky, they may need their glands checked. This is a quick and simple service that will give your pup instant relief. I do not recommend this on every dog as they should be able to do this naturally when going potty. However quite a few dogs struggle with this and need help from time to time.

Color and safe dyes

This is a special service that must be agreed upon at the time of booking and requires extra time to complete. This is a completely safe service of dyes made specially for dogs only. The ingredients of the dyes that we use are even safe enough to ingest! This does not harm your pet in any way and is a fun and creative way to show off your pets personality. Prices depend on the project.
